Ingredients:

Oat Flour 80% (Gluten), Oat Flakes 20% (Gluten).

Directions for Use: Mix one serving (150 g) with 400 ml water. Shake vigorously. For soft flakes, let it stand for 1-2 minutes; for a crunchier texture, consume immediately. Best enjoyed in the morning or between meals.

Cholesterol Note: Oat beta-glucans contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of beta-glucans from oats.
