Delivery
Our orders are shipped at most with TRAVEL EXPRESS courier. If you have a closer courier near you that you prefer for collecting the products please write it and ask it at order details.
The products are boxed at brown boxes and they are covered all around to avoid broken boxes or bottles. We can deliver Supplements for the moment with in Cyprus. All orders purchased online receive free shipping (for the moment). Please ensure your delivery instructions are accurate, when filling in your details. Please allow 1 business day for your order to arrive at your nearest courier shop.
Expiry Dates of the Products
Our stock is renew every one or two weeks time. The products in the website have at least one year until they expire. Customers who order a Product(s) that will expire before 8 months are contact before the products are send.
Payment Options
Orders can be paid online or on delivery time. Customers who do not wish to enter their paypal details for the payment and they do not trust the website they can pay their products when they receive them to the taxi (100% Save Payment option).

Refund
In the event that the product is received in the following condition:

| 3.Container is empty. |
CySupplements will fully replace the damaged product at no extra cost. Contact Us during business hours to arrange for replacements. Requests for replacement of damaged goods must be made within two (2) days of receipt of delivery.
